Vice-Chair of the Creditors' Rights Subcommittee of the Insolvency Committee of the International Bar Association ? main areas of practice: mergers & acquisitions, corporate, commercial, real estate, insolvency & restructuring, banking & finance Natalija Lacmanovic has extensive experience in commercial, M&A, corporate, banking and finance, real estate, insolvency and restructurings transactions. During her career Natalija gained in-depth practical experience in banking and finance transactions. She assisted banks and investors on a whole range of legal matters including large-scale financings, syndicated lending, real estate finance, sale of NPLs, restructurings and insolvency issues. She has also advised various participants in M&A projects and thus has a 360-degree understanding of M&A transactions. She has been involved in some of the most complex M&A transactions in the country.
