Will Howard, Partner, Travers Smith LLP – London, United Kingdom. Travers Smith is a leading, independent UK law firm of around 400 lawyers, including 83 partners and is headquartered in London. Will became a partner in 2012. Will has broad corporate experience and his practice is based on UK and international M&A work. His work includes M&A, buy-outs, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, general advisory, and early-stage and development capital work with a particular emphasis on cross-border transactions. His clients include UK and overseas quoted and private companies, institutional investors, management teams and founders/entrepreneurs.
