Nigel Clark

Biography

Nigel is the co-founder and CEO of Peregrine Law Limited, a new model, challenger corporate London law firm working with businesses, globally. We provide English law services to international and UK business clients, primarily SMEs. Nigel has previously managed international law firm offices in London and Beijing as well as working as a big law partner in Sydney and Hong Kong. He specialises in cross border referral work and has extensive experience of advising on all aspects of debt and equity fundraising, M&A and restructuring transactions.
