Biography

Greg Sivinski, Assistant General Counsel – Competition Law Group -- Microsoft Corporation Greg Sivinski joined Microsoft in 2003, where he has focused on the application of US and foreign competition laws relating to single firm conduct, joint ventures, merger review, the Internet, and online platforms. The intersection of “Big Data” and competition law, and platform regulation initiatives, are a current focus. Greg also advises on competition law affecting Microsoft’s AI and intelligent cloud platforms. Greg has led Microsoft’s M&A regulatory matters worldwide for the last ten years. Recent deals include GitHub, LinkedIn, and Skype.
