Biography

Mercedes Rodriguez Giavarini has extensive experience in international business transactions, including M&A, cross-border investment contracts and financing transactions, as well as corporate governance issues and securities & stock markets regulation. She is a partner within the Corporate Law practice. Previously, she was an associate with Bruchou, Fernández Madero, Lombardi & Mitrani (2006-2007), with Sullivan & Cromwell in New York (2004-2006) and with Allende & Brea (2001-2003). Education: Harvard Law School, USA (LL.M., 2004), Universidad de Buenos Aires, School of Law (Abogada, with honors, 2001).
