Biography

Patrik Peyer is a Partner with the Swiss law firm Niederer Kraft Frey Ltd. He is a Corporate law specialist with a main focus an M&A transactions and complex corporate law matters. His M&A experience includes both public and private transactions in various industries with an emphasis an advising investors, entrepreneurs and companies throughout the entire life cycle of venture capital and private equity investments.
