Attorney with more than 15 years of experience and Partner since January 2014. His practice focuses on Private Equity & Venture Capital, financing in general, corporate governance, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate & securities regulation, attending to a wide portfolio of clients that includes private equity funds, non-bank financial institutions and transnational businesses. In 2007, Mr. Eraña worked as a foreign associate in O’Melveny & Myers, LLP, in Los Angeles, California.
