Biography

Kari K. Harris is a partner in Nixon Peabody’s Funds Formation team and a member of the firm’s Private Equity and Investment Funds group based in the Boston Office. Kari represents private equity funds of funds and other investment advisers and institutional investors in the full spectrum of investment funds and investments. She also applies her recent in-house experience and perspective as general counsel to a global family office and private equity fund to bring effective solutions to clients.
