Biography

Mr. Hu specializes in cross-border litigation and arbitration in relation to commercial and IP-related matters. Has represented domestic and international clients in dozens of court proceedings in China and arbitrations under CIETAC, HKIAC, ICC, SIAC, and SCC rules, covering disputes in relation to corporate and JV matters, investments, banking and finance, trade, product liability, energy, environment and resources, entertainment, technology licensing, IPR protection, and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards and judgments. Recognized by Who's Who Legal as a 'Future Leader' in international arbitration in 2018 and by Asian Leading Lawyers as a 'rising star' in dispute resolution.
