Maria Lianides Celebi

Biography

Maria Lianides Celebi is Senior Partner and head of the Immigration Department at Bener Law Office in Istanbul, Turkey. She is a California Bar member since 1993. Ms. Celebi is in International Who’s Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers & Employment Lawyers from 2010-2019 (2015 & 2016 Most Highly Regarded). Within AILA, she was Chair of the Global Migration Section 2011-2014, Chair of Rome District Chapter and a member of the International Ops and Ethics Committees. She is the Turkey member for the Alliance of Business Immigration Lawyers and Past Chair of Ius Laboris Immigration IPG. She has authored a white paper and several articles on US & Turkish immigration law and spoken at numerous international conferences.
