(Lead)
Description
The market for second citizenship/passports and Golden Visas continues to grow. However, there has been increasing criticism of these schemes from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development and the European Commission. This session will look critically at some of the current options available and discuss what steps are currently taken and should be taken to ensure these schemes are not abused by international criminals and terrorists.
