Biography

Sandra Jardim Fernandes A passion for law, advocacy, negotiation and business administration allied to extensive national and international experience gives Sandra Jardim Fernandes the competitive edge to provide clients with an outstanding and unique service. Sandra has vast experience in: Real Estate Law – particularly in the areas of civil construction, financing operations and real estate investment, real estate use and management and tourism investment operations, involving complex negotiations, and Corporate Law – acquisitions, mergers, divisions and corporate transformation, contracts, consortia and partnerships. She has also specialized in Immigration and Foreign Investment focused on the real estate and tourism sectors. Boasting considerable experience in hotel administration, she has held executive management positions for many years. She is a member of prestigious organizations such as the Investment Migration Council (IMC), Global Law Experts and a lawyer recommended by the UK Embassy in Portugal. Since 2015, Sandra Fernandes has attended international events, conferences as a speaker on Immigration and Foreign Investment. Her personality combines decision making, focus and results orientation with great interpersonal skills, good communication and multicultural understanding.
