Biography

Pernilla Heidenvall is Vice President and Global Head of the Legal Department at Volvo Cars. In her role, Pernilla provides pragmatic and strategic advice across the business supporting all functions with an eye towards creative solutions. She is the leader of a global team of 35 lawyers also providing strategic legal advice across all areas including new business models, marketing & sales, procurement, R&D, strategic partnerships, M&A, retailer networks, treasury and finance.
