Biography

Vinge is a leading full-service firm in Sweden with five offices and some 320 fee earners. Maria-Pia Hope has held the position of Managing Partner of the firm since 2012. In this role, she is responsible for the firm’s strategic agenda and its implementation. She also has some 20 years’ experience as a banking- and finance partner of Vinge in London and in Stockholm. Maria-Pia received her law degree from Lund University in Sweden in 1993 and an LL M from Harvard Law School in 1993. She is the current chair of Lex Mundi’s Managing Partner’s Committee and she has been on the list of the 125 Most Powerful Women in Swedish Business for the past three years.
