Description
This is a largely participative and innovative session, whereby employment lawyers from around the world are presented with a draft of a section of an executive employment agreement ( ) and asked to improve it bearing in mind best practices and lessons learned in their respective jurisdictions, both in connection with ongoing employment and in termination scenarios. Senior practitioners from around the world can learn from each other about issues faced in similar circumstances across the globe. The idea is to cover off legal risks in multiple jurisdictions . It is be a valuable workshop session for lawyers who draft international employment contracts and other vital employment documents.
