Biography

Sólon is a partner from the labor and employment practice at Mattos Filho law firm, specializing in labor consultancy, preventive legal assistance, representing and negotiating with labor unions. He is also a member of the FIESP labor Committe. Is noted by prestigious publications such as Chambers Latin America and The Legal 500 as a leader in the Labour & Employment field. Received his LL.B. from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Also obtained his post-graduate degree in Higher Education Didactics, as well as LL.M. and PhD in Labor Law, from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
