Biography

Daniele Ciccolo joined Telepass in 2017 in order to build the legal team. Graduated at the Catholic Milan University, Master in European Law, qualified ad a Lawyer since 1998, he has previously provided, as inhouse counsel, legal assistance to companies belonging to different industries, including energy, telecommunications, services, infrastructures, payments. The Telepass Legal Department that Daniele leads provides assistance in all legal areas required by Telepass Group, including, among the others, competition law, payments, consumer law, corporate law, insurance regulation, data protection, Italian and foreign contracts, to name just a few. The Telepass Legal Department also provides legal support in the 15 countries where Telepass Group is offering its services and follows Telepass expansion in the new business areas and partnerships. Daniele has been a member of committees and has held hearings with Authorities and Ministries; he has been conference speaker and lecturer in legal matters.
