Biography

I am a corporate tax partner at Boodle Hatfield in London. I have over 20 years of experience advising on a wide variety of corporate tax and VAT matters, particularly the taxation of corporate groups, finance, real estate, and investment funds, and taxation issues in the context of acquisitions and disposals of companies.
