Biography

Paul Rosen serves as the presidentially appointed Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Investment Security, Senate-confirmed position. Mr. Rosen leads all operations and activities of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), which reviews certain foreign investment into the United States for national security risks. He oversees the review of hundreds of transaction filings each year often amounting to hundreds of billions of dollars in investment activity. Prior to joining Treasury in 2022, Mr. Rosen served as a partner at an international law firm, in senior government positions, and as a federal prosecutor.
