Biography

Stefano Modenesi focuses on commercial litigation and has acted over the last 25 years in disputes encompassing a wide range of areas and industries, namely energy (renewable, Oil and Gas), construction, retail and real estate, TLC and finance. Assisting clients with Italian and multi-jurisdictional litigation and arbitration, he regularly acts as counsel in international arbitration proceedings. He is the Regional Co-Head International Arbitration for Europe at DLA Piper, where he has been a Partner for over 21 years.
