Jordan Andrew
Biography
Jordan Andrew is a Deputy Assistant Director in the Mergers I Division of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Bureau of Competition. Mr. Andrew has overseen or led many investigations into mergers in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and ad tech industries, including recent matters such as Illumina/Grail, Amgen/Horizon, and IQVIA/DeepIntent. Prior to his current position, Mr. Andrew served as Counsel to the Director of the Bureau of Competition, Attorney Advisor to former Chairman Joseph Simons, and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia. Throughout his tenure at the FTC, Mr. Andrew has worked closely with international competition agencies, including the European Commission and the Competition and Markets Authority. Mr. Andrew received a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.S. in Economics and Government from the University of Maryland.
