Session two: Merger trends in the technology, media and telecommunications sectors

Description
The session will examine the latest merger developments, including the latest and most consequential mergers in the telecoms, media and technology sectors as well as the most recent key judgments in this area. The panel will also discuss how to handle regulators around the world (with the possibility of divergent outcomes) and the review of cases under the regulatory thresholds (Article 22 EUMR and similar provisions).
