Biography

Dr George Houpis is a Director at Frontier Economics with over 20 years’ experience in competition and regulation in the telecoms, media and other sectors. He has considerable experience of advising on competition cases and disputes, including providing expert reports in cases including anti-competitive conduct (including abuse of dominance cases and anti-competitive agreements), mergers, media/content rights and other disputes, and appeals of regulatory decisions before the UK (CMA and CAT), European (European Commission) and other competition/arbitration authorities.
