Biography

Mattia Casarosa, Partner based in London, specialises in M&A, Private Equity, corporate law and commercial law. An expert in M&A and Private Equity transactions involving private and listed companies, such as takeover bids, acquisitions, mergers, demergers, disposals of businesses or participations and joint ventures, Mattia deals with corporate, transaction and regulatory aspects relating to these transactions. He has substantial experience in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts in several business and industrial sectors. He graduated in Law, with honours, from the University Roma Tre in 2008. He is an adjunct professor of commercial law at the Lumsa University in Rome, member of the Scientific Committee of the review “La Gestione Straordinaria delle Imprese” published by Eutekne and author of several articles in relation to corporate matters on specialised law reviews. He is a member of the Italian Bar.
