Biography

Frédéric leads the specialist Sale & Purchase Agreement Advisory tem within the Transaction Services department of PwC France Frédéric has been in the Transaction Services department in Paris and in London for more than 20 years and specialized more than ten years ago in providing buy side and sell side advice on SPAs and advices on the review of completion accounts. In the last 10 years, Frédéric and his team reviewed more than 500 SPA. Frédéric advised a large number of corporate clients on cross-border transactions on share deals and complex carve-outs. Frédéric graduated from Neoma (formerly Reims Management School).
