Biography

Bukola provides support to early growth and later stage companies. Her clients include HNIs, governments, investment advisers, credit lending institutions and private equity funds. She advises on corporate structuring and restructuring, including JVAs, equity incentive plans, shareholder agreements, M&As, and capital raising. Bukola earned an honors degree in law from The University of Lagos. She also earned a Masters degree in International Trade Law from The University of Wales. She is a 2012 awardee of the prestigious International Practice Fellowship of the IBA and College of Law, UK. At SPA Ajibade & Co, she heads the capital markets department and is actively involved in the planning and execution of her firm’s growth strategy.
