Biography

Hailed as “one of the most competent lawyers in the field” in Who’s Who Legal, Investigations, 2023, Simone is dedicated and a results-driven law firm partner with more than 23 years of experience in law firms and companies. Simone specialises in complex domestic and cross-border criminal and regulatory proceedings and internal investigations, with a focus on white-collar and financial crime and regulatory breaches, including corruption, fraud, money laundering and international sanctions. She further assists clients in the process of asset recovery, harassment allegations, business and human rights and ESG related matters.
