Johanna Christine Wirth
Biography
Johanna Wirth studied law at Humboldt University in Berlin and at New York University (LL.M.). She was admitted to the German Bar in 2008 when she joined the law firm Hengeler Mueller and to the New York Bar in 2010. Today, Johanna is a partner at Hengeler Mueller`s dispute resolution group with a particular focus on litigation and arbitration in the energy, technology and telecommunication sector. Highlights of her work include advising Deutsche Telekom AG in the US-$ multi-billion arbitration initiated by the Federal Republic of Germany in the matter Toll Collect. Currently, Johanna litigates several energy and software-engineering related disputes, inter alia for Deutsche Bahn AG.
