Description
Advantages and disadvantages of opt-in and opt-out mechanisms in collective redress have been widely discussed and adapted over decades. This session will feature outstanding academics and practitioners discussing practical experiences with opt-in/opt-out and how they are connected to recent developments in the field of collective redress in the individual countries.
