Daniel Kahn

Biography

Daniel Kahn has been the Chief of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”) Unit of the Department of Justice, Criminal Division, Fraud Section since March 2016. Mr. Kahn joined the Fraud Section in 2010 and was an Assistant Chief of the FCPA Unit from 2013 to March 2016. Mr. Kahn earned the Assistant Attorney General’s Award for Exceptional Service and the Assistant Attorney General’s Award for Distinguished Service. Mr. Kahn graduated summa cum laude from Cornell University and cum laude from Harvard Law School.
