Biography

Eva Cruellas Sada is a partner in the Antitrust and Regulatory department of Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners. Eva has significant experience in the various fields of Competition Law and has been involved in numerous cases before the Italian Competition Authority, including appeals before administrative courts, and before the European Commission, including judicial procedures before the European Court of Justice, in cases concerning cartels, abuses of dominant position, distribution and licensing arrangements and the review of concentrations. She has also been involved in damages claims deriving from antitrust infringements before domestic courts and has extensive experience in the field of Antitrust Compliance Programs and unfair commercial practices. She advises a wide range of companies in the fashion, luxury and retail sectors. In the regulatory field, she has extensive experience in the energy, infrastructures, pharmaceutical, banking and insurance sectors. Eva is a frequent author and speaker on matters relating to antitrust and competition laws. She is ranked in the Chambers Europe Guide.
