Description
The fashion industry is struggling to reconcile the potentially conflicting aims of fast fashion and sustainability, with their respective emphasis on speed to market and reducing environmental damage. Luxury brands are also increasingly coming under pressure to manage the expectations of their environmentally and socially conscious consumers. The aim of this session is to understand more about the scale of the problem facing the industry and the challenges in moving to a more effective business model in pursuit of these objectives as well as those sustainability trends, which are already surfacing.
