? Full Professor of private comparative law since 2001. ? Director of the Department of Law, Economics and Cultures at the University of Insubria – Como (Italy) ? Director of the Ph.d. Program in Law and Human Sciences ? Director of The Research Centre in Comparative Law created by the Universities of Bologna, Milan and Insubria. ? Director of the Summer school in Environmental Law, organised by the Universities of Insubria (Como-Italy), Marseille-Aix-en Province (France), Utrecht (The Netherlands) and Opole (Poland). ? Member of the Istituto di Autodisciplina Pubblicitaria, Italy’s advertising standards authority. ? Titular Member of the International Academy of Comprative Law ? Since 2012 she is the Director of the Postgraduate Program in Fashion Law, that has been held at the Univeristy of Insubria, of Milan and of Florence. ? In 2017 she has published a Handbook on Fashion Law in Italian (Giuffré, Milan)
