Biography

Partner at Orsingher Ortu – Avvocati Associati with offices in Rome and Milan (Italy). Domenico has two decades of experience in assisting Italian and foreign clients on matters pertaining to technology and innovation, especially in connection with venture capital and private equity investments and M&A deals. Domenico is often a lecturer at prestigious Universities such as LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and Luigi Bocconi University in Milan and contributes to various publications such as the “Doing Business” report published by the World Bank. He is an active member of IBA, ABA and ITechLaw Association. He is admitted before Upper and Supreme Italian Courts.
