Topics will include the: • regulation of platforms post ECJ re Uber, Airbnb • protection and monetization of non personal data • start-ups and innovation partnerships • agile software development • cybersecurity and data breaches • pricing algorithms and collusion • 5G • trusted AI (privacy and ethical issues when using artificial intelligence) • trade secrets: state of the play in the EU
