Biography
I am a PhD candidate and lecturer (competition law). My research is related to the SSOs' role in the patent hold-up problem. I work in the fields of patent, competition and technology law. I am particularly enthusiastic about the legal issues related to the ICT market and competition law matters in digital economy. I am a qualified lawyer in Turkey and I worked in Gun + Partners (patents and trademarks departments-TMT and competition working groups) for five years. Currently I am also working towards being a qualified solicitor in England and Wales, as of early 2019, I have passed the first stage of the QLTS. One of my near future goals is to secure a job in a UK-based law firm where I can practise in the fields of my expertise.
