Biography

Kriti Trehan is a partner at the Law Offices of Panag & Babu, and leads the technology laws and policy advisory practice. She works closely with Indian and foreign clients who seek to navigate evolving regulation on next generation networks and technologies, 5G, machine-to-machine services, privacy, data protection, access, and net neutrality. She counsels innovators on strategy and compliance on offerings untested by Indian law. In the past, Kriti has researched for a women’s rights organisation, participated in the international discourse on climate change and worked with the UN International Criminal Tribunal for Yugoslavia. She holds a Masters degree in Law from the London School of Economics. She tweets at @krititrehan.
