Description
Covid-19 has not only changed our lives; it has also changed the way in which we all work. In this first part of the Post-Covid Workplace session, we will cover the impact Covid-19 has had on recruiting, training, compensation and evaluation, and organizational culture. The search for talent and employee retention, particularly in light of the ‘Great Resignation’ will also be discussed.
